Summer is just around the corner and, although we are going through a time of crisis due to COVID-19, now it is the perfect time to have your private pool ready and thus enjoy the good weather with a dip.

Having this in mind, we have made a list of recommendations that we offer in order for you to carry out a proper maintenance of your pool in these last months prior to summer.

1. Make a deep cleaning of walls and bottom

Carrying out a general check of the conditions your pool is in after the long winter season is important. It is thanks to this period of time that a large amount of dirt accumulates and, therefore, the walls and bottom of the pool can suffer damage such as cracks or leaks.

2. Check the status of your chlorinator’s cell

The cell is the key piece for the proper functioning of the salt chlorination equipment and the maintenance of your pool; it is for this reason that it must always be in the best conditions through its correct cleaning.

3. Analyze the pH levels in the water

Through our control panels it is very easy to control the pH level in your pool water, which must always be between 7,2 and 7,6. These pH levels will determine the correct disinfection of the water in your pool and will be able to balance the levels of acidity in the water and prevent breakdowns.

4. Repeat the process

The correct maintenance of your private pool during summer is very important, as it is more exposed to its use compared to other seasons; that is why we recommend that the cleaning process and the equipment check is done constantly in order to assure a satisfactory bathing experience at all times.
